Versa Certified SD-WAN Specialist (VNX300)

Certification Exam Name: Versa Certified Administrator - SD-WAN Specialist (VNX301)
This specialized level exam is intended for engineers who perform architect, engineering, or planning roles in Versa Secure SD-WAN for over one year, with hands-on experience managing and operating Versa Secure SD-WAN Platforms. This exam is based on Versa code version 22.

Prerequisites: Versa Certified SD-WAN Associate (VNX100)

  • In-depth knowledge of Underlay and Overlay implementations, with design motivations and key concepts of SD-WAN technologies.
  • Understanding of components used in the Versa Secure SD-WAN platform
  • Design and deployment of SD-WAN services using methods to achieve High-Availability (HA), traffic steering, topologies and QoS.
  • Implementation strategies to achieve SD-WAN goals such as cost control, improve user quality of experience and integrate cloud technologies.

You will be tested of your knowledge in the following categories:

  • Underlay/Overlay Technologies
  • Versa SD-WAN Infrastructure
  • SD-WAN Network Topologies and Routing Concepts
  • Versa SD-WAN Services
  • Versa Security Services
  • Configuration and Provisioning
  • Versa Administrative Tasks

You can prepare for certification exams with the materials available on the Versa Academy. The following sources are recommended, but not required, for study:

  • Study materials for the pre-requisite VNX100 exam.
  • Versa SD-WAN Configuration and Administration (V-SDCA) course.
  • Versa Advanced Services (V-ASERV)
  • Hands-on administrative, design and troubleshooting experience in Versa Secure SD-WAN platform.
  • SD-WAN Industry and product knowledge.
  • Versa technical publications.

Certificate Validity

Versa Certifications are valid for two years. To maintain your Versa Certified status, we require you to periodically demonstrate your continued expertise though recertification. Certification status can be maintained by taking the same or higher level exam.
